Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days.
If 7 days have passed since the delivered date, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- The item must not be used, damaged, or opened.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
- To return your product, please email us at info@shopkamilah.com, and we will provide you with a return address.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If returning multiple items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at info@shopkamilah.com, and we will provide you with a return address.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
